Michigan HOG Rendezvous 2007
July 4-8 2007
July 4 (Wednesday)
Frank drove his camper rig and I rode my bike down to Ionia from Frank's house
in Mio, after Amber and I went in the West Branch parade.
That night we setup camp and went in to down town Ionia for the parade of
lights, which was GREAT!! There was some little fireworks when we got back to
camp.
July 5 (Thursday)
We all went for a ride some where around Ionia county.
Ray put his bike on the dyno.
We went for a ride to Kelly's
sister's house 15 miles down the road
Then we went
to 'The wet Spot'
Then we
stopped at the 'Hog Head Sollan'
Then we went
to the custom bike show downtown.
Then back to
camp.
The burn out pit had a lot of action going on.
July 6 (Friday)
Shower at Ionia High School..
Frank, Bob and I went on a Harley
Demo Ride.
I got to get
that itch for that new Street Bob.. no new bike for me!!
I got a Head Ache from all of the
heat down there.
We all went for a ride to find some
covered bridges.
The burn out pit was quite, not to
many people moving about
Bob got divorced from Deb and Kelly.
T-Bone dubbed Bob has 'the MAN' !
July 7 (Saturday)
Bob (the Man!) and Jean got married!!! :)
We did a parade around the camp ground
assorted by the Ionia chief of police.

Ural.
Frank, Cindee, Amber, Donavan, Bob, Jean
and I all went in the parade threw downtown Ionia.
They had a party at a bar downtown
for Bob and Jean Evans,
While Donavan
and I went on a little road rally to go find covered bridges.
Then I took some of the guys for all
most dusk ride to the first covered bridge.
Fireworks
Cindee and the girls learned a new
drinking game, "flip the cup"
Some action in the burn out pit when
Ray lost it, chrome killer.
Sat around the fire, that was bigger
than Mike's, thanks to the man (Bob) :)
July 8 (Sunday)
Packed up camp
We all as a group ate breakfast in
Ionia, when we said our good byes till next time we meet.
Then Bob, Jean, and I rode back to
Mio in the HOT HOT SUN!! 91º out
With only a dozen little rain drops in one sunning spot.
Red Dog went home to get a nice warm
shower!!
Over all... 200 miles down, 200 miles back, 680 miles total so there was 280
miles of cursing around down there.
New says, 'Shut up you stupid smelly hairy hippy' and I have now 13
Thouuuuussssssand miles on my bike.
The best part is that Amber and I got to make some new friends and enjoy every
minute being around all of our friends.
