You see, it is my dad’s fault that I am ham today. It was his idea to use radio transmitters in our high powered model rockets for better recovery success rate. In the fall of 2012 my dad studied for months and passed his Technician license. Not to be unbeaten and to prove my worth in my father’s eyes, I passed my Technician license in the winter of 2012. Last spring of 2015, I decide to out do my dad and I upgraded my license to General.
